SALA/NY is an association that invites as members Swiss and U.S. lawyers who have regular contacts with Switzerland, through Swiss clients or employers or with Switzerland as a place of business or jurisdiction, and who practice in a law firm, in-house, at an international organization or in the diplomatic service. SALA/NY also invites as supporters legal academics and law students and other professionals interested in Swiss American legal developments.  SALA/NY gives its members and supporters a forum for exchanges of ideas regarding Swiss, American, and international law and policies affecting Swiss and American lawyers, their clients and/or their organizations and provides opportunities for collegial interaction and networking.  SALA/NY is a not-for-profit corporation under New York law.
